Shipping

• All products will be sent 1st class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Off the shelf items will be sent within 24hrs of payment where bespoke items such as our SkipRope or Prolead will be sent within 48hrs.

• Postage costs regarding our SkipRope or Prolead has been subsidised within the actual cost of lead. All other postage costs are worked out on the weight of item or items.

• In the unlikely event that a recorded delivery package is undelivered, will resend the order after confirming the package has been lost.

Returns

• We are so sure you will enjoy our products, if for any reason you are not happy, please return your item unused within 10 days and you will be reimbursed less the postage cost.

SkipRope and Prolead Life Time Warranty

• In the unlikely event the signal becomes crackly or goes altogether, please return your lead to the address below to have the tips re soldered and the lead serviced.

• We will cover the shipping back to you, but ask that you return the lead to us using recorded delivery method as we cannot guarantee against loss on a return.

• This warranty cover does not however cover you against breakages and general wear and tear.

• Please fill out our << Returns Form for Leads >> you will be given return address upon completion.
